Would it be useful for screencasts to be available for certain functions/processes in Heritage? If you think this would be useful please let me know what topics you would like to be covered.
This one is up to you - so if you want something to be available in this way drop me an email or post a comment on this blog entry by the end of May.
If there is no response I can cross this option off the list of possible things to do!

I am always forgetting how to use the reports so I would find a brief outline of how to use them really useful. It might stop me bugging you so much :)

ReplyDeleteFiona, thanks for your suggestion too. I will think about screencasts for students at some point - fitting it in with e-resource screencasts. I'm particularly interested in things that will help to make things easier for LRC staff at the moment so if you have any suggestions for screencasts that help with training or reminders for functions I'd love to hear about it.
I thought something that explains the booking system as this will be used more and more with all the new equipment we have.
