In order for staff records on Heritage to integrate with the Moodle block please could one extra piece of information be included when adding new staff records.
In the Alternative ID field please enter the network username of the staff member e.g. mhitchcock
This way everyone will have a working Heritage Moodle block (hopefully) when Brian reinstates it.
Should we look at including this as a section on the staff sign up forms? Also, sometimes staff logins have an extra inital as the username is already taken so checking this in the emails is important too.
