New look CIS - feedback wanted

The Construction Information Service is undergoing an upgrade and they'd like your feedback on the beta version of their new site (see the message below).

The Construction Information Service has undergone a huge upgrade, with a completely redesigned interface, additional functionality, and even more information at your fingertips. You now have access to both current and the beta test version of NEW CIS. We’ve still got a few features to add, but this version is intended to give you the opportunity to provide us your feedback.
